How long does the delivery time take?
After received the prepayment, delivery in 50-55 days, if government restrictions not so much.
I saw a product on social media and it said "coming soon." When will it be available?
We feature a variety of our products on social media. Some are available to purchase now and others are previews of new product designs. We normally debut new products in April and October and they are available to purchase from retailers and designers from three to six months afterwards. Absolutely, we are pleased to offer free samples. These can be dispatched to you via express delivery. Initially, you will be responsible for covering the sample cost and express charges, however, these expenses will be deducted from your final payment when you place a purchase order with Topwell. To obtain your free samples, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Do you have factory verifaction certificate and products testing report?
Yes, if you need these certificates, you can let us know in advance, and we can provide you with factory quality inspection report, as well as commercial inspection certificate.
